Lake Owen Association Raises Approximately $8,000 for C.A.R.E.

Tuesday’s Lake Owen Association’s golf fundraiser raised approximately $8,000 for the the Town of Cable’s Cable Area Resources in Emergency, a 501(c)3 not-for-profit charity.  C.A.R.E. provides financial help for individuals in the Cable area that may need help with gas money, heating assistance , home repairs etc. Special thanks to Lake Owen Association members Dave Berg and Mark Gillman for organizing the event, Louis family for hosting at the beautiful TOIX golf course and our very generous golfers!  For those who wish to know more about C.A.R.E. or wish to make a tax deductible donation of their own to this very worthwhile charity, please go to:  C.A.R.E.
